At Wardell Upholstery, we use YKK ZIPLON 4.5 coil zippers available in White, Black or Beige. These tightly coiled zippers are known for their detailed YKK engineering, excelling in all types of uses and environments. Have a different kind of Zipper you would like to use? No problem, provide us with the zipper you would like to use for your project. Our experienced craftsman can work with all kinds of materials. 

We use any of the following for our pillow fillers:

-Polyester (most common and most affordable) 

-Polysilk (also known as down alternative, Ultra Poly or Angel Hair) 

-Down (5/95, 10/90 or 100% down)

We use High Resilience foam, the most durable of its kind, wrapped with polyester batting. We have several types of foam densities available to feel and see in our showroom. 

 

We can also create down cushion envelopes for a more luxurious feel.
